LARRY: you just need to know, as we finish up this segment, it’s legal. This. this kind of relationship with God is absolutely legal, it’s absolutely biblical. God actually wants you to walk in this measure of power, under the influence of His Presence. You might think to yourself, This is a little bit different. Is this possible? The reality is, a generation of people. doesn’t matter what your age is. Generations actually crying out for something more. And we are doing a biblical disservice; we are doing a disservice to people if we do not tell them you can live saturated by the Holy Spirit. You can have an experiential, dynamic encounter with God. I believe God wants you to have that. Yes He wants you to be in in His Word; but go to that Word, just like Dr. Booker was saying, go to that Word, read the encounters that these Bible his-. these Bible figures of old had with God, and then think to yourself, Wow, these people enjoyed this measure of relationship with God. They were under the Old Covenant; now you have the Spirit of God inside of you. They had God speaking to them, at times and seasons. The Spirit of God, the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead, lives in[side of] you, He wants to rest upon you with power. And in the next segment, Dr. Booker and I, we’re just going to actually give this time to the Holy Spirit, because I believe the Spirit of God wants to speak to you, and wants to draw nearer to you, and He wants to touch you. LARRY: Well welcome back to Something More. We’re going to do exactly what the show is all about right now, and I believe the Lord wants to give you a taste of something more, because here’s the deal: There’s always more of God. You don’t need to beg God to come, and say, God, send Your Spirit down from Heaven, because we’ve been talking about Pentecost. The power of Pentecost. the gift of Pentecost. has been released. If you know Jesus, if He is your Messiah and Lord, then you actually have the Holy Spirit living inside of you. And that’s great, but I believe the Lord wants you to experience the fullness of the Spirit. If you do not know Jesus as your Messiah, I actually believe as a result of the time we’re going to have right now, the Holy Spirit is going to come. And there’s no greater evangelist. there’s no greater communicator of Who Jesus is. than the Holy Spirit. So, Dr. Booker, a-as we just get ready to um help people experience the Holy Spirit in a greater way, could you address the audience? Can you address those who are watching, who might have questions, okay, how, if I want to experience God in a deeper way, because I am hungry? There’s so many people who are I’m hungry for more of God; what. what would you tell them? What would. what would their next step be?

RICHARD: Well, the next step of course is to get yourself in a place so God can come and meet with you. And so you, you know, you want to evaluate your motives, and why. why do you want more of God. Is it so you can have more of God, or something, you know, that’s selfish or whatever. But if you have a hunger and thirst after righteousness, here’s a promise from God: they shall

LARRY: Yeah.

RICHARD: be filled.

LARRY: Woo!

RICHARD: Hallelujah. So if you hunger and thirst after righteousness, I want to give you a little heads-up here now, if you’re watching: God doesn’t reveal Himself to the casual inquirer.

LARRY: Mm!

RICHARD: But if you really want Him, He wants you more than you want Him.

LARRY: Yeah.

RICHARD: (laughing)

Hallelujah!

LARRY: Yeah.

RICHARD: And so God. if you’re hungry and thirsting, you just lift your heart.

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: And so it is to build, to edify, and to exhort. And a lot of people needs edification; a lot of people needs encouragement; so it’s not to be used as a way to bring destruction, –

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: but it’s a gift that the Holy Spirit will allow every Believer to operate in, to bring construction. I believe that we are in a, you know, an hour where we’re looking for doom and gloom and judgment; –

LARRY: Right; yeah.

HAKEEM: but I believe that the purpose of prophecy is to really help the Believer to come into their identity, come into their purpose, to build them up in their faith; but also, to know that the gifts of the Spirit are available today.

LARRY: Yes.

HAKEEM: I believe that you know, we are in an hour where God is placing this prophetic spirit upon all flesh; we see it in Joel. There was a prophecy that was released, that He was going to release. God was going to Release His prophetic Spirit upon the sons and daughters and they may prophesy. That means that there is a prophetic spirit that’s about to be released, –

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: but it’s not just for an – a prophet, but every Believer, Larry, can prophesy! Every Believer can speak for God, to edify, to exhort, and to comfort them.

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: This is a season; I believe it’s not for the doom and gloom, –

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: the judgment. I mean people know what they’re going through.

LARRY: They are.

HAKEEM: They know their sin; they know what their struggling; and they don’t need someone to come to identify, put a magnifying glass and say, This is what you did. You know, we’ve seen these misused and abused in the prophetic –

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: and it’s breaking my heart to see them, so my job is really, to bring clarity. I believe that there have been people that are genuine prophets, –

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: have prophetic giftingÆs, but really lack the teaching and the true biblical principle of what prophecy is, –

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: and what the purpose of it. And so my job really is to really bring, make prophecy easy, –

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: and make it simple; not to make everyone prophets. I believe we can all be activated in the prophetic gift.

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: We all can move because it is, a desired, gift. The Bible talks about, in 1 Corinthians chapter 14, that we can desire spiritual gifts, –

LARRY: Yes.

HAKEEM: but also that we may prophesy.

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: But before even it said that we can desire spiritual gifts, it says, Pursue love -; that’s the first thing! So even to move into –

LARRY: Mm!

HAKEEM: the prophetic gifting, we can pursue – and have a desire – to move in love.

LARRY: Wow. Well, and even as you’re saying that Hakeem, I’m thinking to myself, you know, it’s so important that we recognize that a prophetic voice, whether it’s a prophet, whether people being activated in the prophetic – it’s not about going out calling out sins; not even about calling out judgment.

HAKEEM: Right.

LARRY: Because like you said, so many people are so beat up; people already know their sins; –

HAKEEM: Sure.

LARRY: but as a prophetic voice, you’re actually seeing past the sin, and you’re looking at that person’s destiny. You’re looking at how God sees them, –

HAKEEM: Absolutely.

LARRY: and calling those things out. That’s why a person who’s completely in sin – I’ve heard testimonies where – I’m sure you have.

HAKEEM: Yeah.

LARRY: Have you seen whacks desk situations where people were just like totally in sin – totally away from God – and yet a prophetic word activated them, turning them back on the course towards God. I mean have you seen that?

HAKEEM: All the time; all the time.

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: Everywhere I minister and I travel, my heart is, really to pull out the treasure in people.

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: The prophetic gift gives me the ability to see how God sees them; to see from God’s perspective.

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: It’s to really to see the treasure in them, and not the dirt.

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: Our ability, prophetically is, really to dig out what God sees; to dig out their full potential – their giftings, their callings –

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: and really call those things that be not as though they are.

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: That’s the prophetic element or the ingredients of prophecy!

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: It’s to pull those things out, that really see what God sees for them, and allow them to understand it; but also bring clarity to it.

LARRY: Yeah; yeah.

HAKEEM: But also allowing them to manifest it. So again, it’s not to really cause them to see their sin, –

LARRY: Yeah.

HAKEEM: and judgment; they already know, and they already felt like they’re, beat up.

LARRY: Yeah.

PAUL: Praise the Lord. Thank you for having me here. So I’ll just share a number of things that the Lord has put on my heart. Number 1, is in the shortness of the show it’s hard to get into all the intensity. I want you to know that I’m the type of guy, I will research-I work 12 hours a day- I’m constantly researching thousands of pages because everything I teach on prophecy, everything, I am always a skeptic. I don’t believe it, and I just don’t believe it, it sounds too far-fetched. So when I delve into the subject, and I see the first-hand scientific reports, etc., etc. then I realize it’s true and then I can speak about it passionately, despite whether or not people think like I’m from outer space. I know it’s true ’cause I did my homework. And every time I get challenged in the debate, and I mean this respectfully, usually the person debating with me and attacking me for saying what I’ve said has invested about 5 minutes of time on the research, inevitably, because I’ll ask them. But the Lord has taught me to be compassionate, because I used to be that way too. You know if you’ve never heard this stuff, let’s be honest, it sounds like a sci-fi movie. Okay? So if you feel that way towards what I said, you know I understand, Okay? I’m not mad at you. I used to be the same way. So here’s the deal. There are things going on in our world, that really they’re in a lot of the science fiction movies, but what a lot of people don’t understand, [is] they’re true. We are living in the world of the future. I don’t know how old you all are, I can kind of guess some of you, others I have no idea. But I know when I was a kid, cell phone? With the TV thing in it. Man, personal computer? When I started writing books I used the regular typewriter, and then I made the big transition to some really cheap word processor. And then I remember in the early [days], I’ve written 22 books, I remember in the early days white-out was finally invented.

AUDIENCE: [APPLAUSE]

PAUL:    Man, that saved my life ’cause I could go to the Xerox machine and if you did it really good it looks like an original. And remember the typewriters that used to auto erase?   

AUDIENCE: Yeah!

PAUL: Okay. Well, now we have word processors. That’s huge. And because of the Internet I used to have to go the library and pour through books and go to 20 libraries to find facts. Now you can Google search and if you know how to distinguish between the lunatic web sites from Area 51 and the regular ones you can find interesting information. Okay. So because of this research I believe that we are in the time immediately preceding the return of the Lord. And people ask me, ‘Why?’ I can give you all kinds of documentation. You got a taste of it tonight. I don’t set dates, ever! The Lord could surprise me. I’m putting my kids through college and everything else through a lot of loans-And you know I’m planning for the future. But the closeness to the Lord’s return, all the prophetic signs are here. Okay? Now-I began to teach all this stuff, because I’m an expert, unfortunately, in mind control and in many other things that are just kind of fields-it’s like opening Pandora’s Box- you just wish you hadn’t gotten there, but now you know what you know and you’ve got to deal with it. And I research a lot of very intense fields such as the occult and the Luciferian Elite that really exist and really do run this planet. They’re real people. See, the Bible says that we are in a spiritual war. Apostle Paul [says]:  For our fight is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers and the dark unseen forces of wickedness in heavenly places. [Ephesians 6: 12]  Christians for the most part give lip service to that but they don’t really take it seriously. So the reality is Lucifer is communicating, his organizational structure is like a pyramid that goes back to Pharaoh-and the slaves are at the bottom and, by the way, on the back of your dollar bill you see the occult pyramid. And probably most of you are familiar with that eye ball in the pyramid on the back of your dollar bill? That’s the all-seeing eye of Lucifer. Okay? That’s Satan’s eye ball. Now ask yourself a question:  ‘What is Satan’s eye ball doing on the back of the dollar bill?’ In case you’re confused as to why-and by the way that’s not my opinion. That is the opinion of scholars, it’s not a debatable thing that I said it. You can’t debate that, Okay? You can try, but do some homework and the debate’s ended.

SID:  In 2005 in Jerusalem Israel, my guest and friend, Dr. Gary Whetstone, had what’s known as an open vision. He saw all of history marching before him, generation after generation. And he saw there was God’s heart for everyone to hear His voice. But very few heard His voice, and even fewer obeyed God’s voice after hearing it, and even fewer continued throughout their entire life hearing God’s voice. And God supernaturally showed Gary how to teach believers, to not control them, not build my ministry, but how you can hear God’s voice for yourself and fulfill your destiny for your family, for your finances, for your health, for every arena of your life. In Christianity we have come down to formulas, because it’s the best we got. But there’s something better. Hearing God’s voice! [Now here’s] Dr. Gary Whetstone.

GARY: We bless the Lord! One of the things I just want to take a moment and share with you today is that the voice of God is not difficult in any measure at any time to hear because God is omnipresent. He is everywhere. When He poured out His Spirit upon all flesh, you have the Spirit of God fully enveloped and engaged everything, everywhere you are at all time. From the bedroom to the kitchen God envelops your life. In society, in the elevator, at work there is no place God is not. And more than that, He is in you. “You who have received Him, for as many as received Him He gave the power to become the sons of God, even to those that believe on His name.” So that relationship is not just I have Jesus, now He’s detached. Because we have Him, He is attached. Galatians 2:20 is a powerful reality, where he says: “I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ lives in me. And the life I now live in this flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” Today I’m going to take you into an experience of that life of Christ and that voice of God. It will take maybe 10 minutes but by the time we have completed 10 minutes you will have a definitive identified voice that is clear. That voice is trustworthy, you can go to the Father and say “I heard you. All eternity stands on what I heard.” You can stand before men and say “Thus saith the Lord.” And you say but I don’t want to ever put His name on anything. But you are called for His name’s sake. You’re not called for your name’s sake. Your reputation is not what God’s after, He’s after His own. And we don’t want to give Him a reputation He didn’t die and raise again for. So let’s do something together right now. I want you to lift up your hands to God and just acknowledge you are dead in Jesus Christ. That through the power of one sacrifice, He bore not just your sicknesses and diseases but He bore the very nature that took you from your mother’s womb and drove you into serve the world, serve the enemy, serve the desires of the mind and you are crucified with Christ. I want you to say with me: I am crucified with Christ. My life in my humanity, all that is come from sin, all that is come from curse, is dead in Jesus. The lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, the pride of life, I am dead to you. You are dead to me. And not only do I stand forgiven by the blood of Jesus, but I stand through that blood in resurrection, in Your throne Father, holy, unblameable, unreprovable in your sight. Inferiority, insecurity, condemnation, you are silenced in my life. For I am in my God and He is in me, in the awesome name Jesus. His life is my life and mine, Father, I give unto You. Now I want to commit into God’s hands your family, your house, your vocation, all relationships, commit them, release them, they are not yours, they are His. In fact– Jesus said, if you’re married I would rather you be– Paul writes I’d rather be as you are single but those of you that are married attend [to] them, Lord, without distraction and don’t let that spouse have any precedence or influence so you can focus on one life, His. Father, we commit right now, even those who have the greatest influence in our life. We loose ourselves from them right now. God, we are Yours. Paid for by the blood of Jesus. Set apart from everyone on this earth. We are loosed from our past, and we are set in Your grace to know You, to experience You, to walk in You. We bless You, Lord. Commit your whole future into God’s hands. It’s not up to you to make your way in this world. It’s up to God to lead you into His paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. It’s God’s initiative to reveal to you things to come.  Father, it’s not us to ask You to do anything for us, it’s up to us to identify You are leading us into every step that You have ordained for us. Our life is Yours. Our future is Yours. Just ask the Lord, that every thing that God did not author, ask Him to burn it now, now.

SID: I’m here with John Mellor from Australia, I’ve seen him on the Internet, and… he was praying for me last night, and I’ll tell you, that is a tangible power that’s comin’ outta you. Tell me, just kinda whet our appetite, tell me one recent miracle.

JOHN: Well just last week, I was doing a healing seminar, and when I do seminars I do, I do, demonstration. And a man there, for five years, struggled on a walking stick, his legs were numb, he, he worked in an iron foundry, a six-hundred pound lump of metal hit him in the side. It tore all the muscles and nerves, and he was on, he had a, had a machine that pumped painkillers, morphine, into him, that could not even begin to dull the pain. And for five years he struggled, like an old man, he’s a young man, and then I called him up to demonstrate healing, laid hands on him in Jesus, the power of God touched ‘im, he fell down, and then he got up,

John: How do you feel mate?

Young Man: There’s no more pain!

JOHN: And he ran.

Young Man: I’m healed! Praise God!

JOHN: In fact, he—

SID: I’ll tell you John, I felt that raw Outback power, but go ahead

JOHN: And he ran out the door and I called out, “Watch out for the bears!” ‘Cause it’s out in the country.

SID: You say, every believer should be able to walk in that raw Outback power. But, This is ridiculous. How old is your grandson?

JOHN: Well, I’ve got one grandson, I’ve got quite a few grandchildren, he’s nine now.

SID: Tell me about the nine-year-old.

JOHN: Okay.

SID: And, by the way, if the nine-year-old can do this, guess what?

JOHN: Okay, I’ve got one grandson, Beau Mellor, he’s a, he’s had a healing ministry for 18 months. And it happened I came to my son’s church and I was ministering, and he sat there, in the front row, watching his granddad do all the miracles.

Woman: I can hear. I can hear!

JOHN: And after I left, he decided to hold healing meetings. And I hadn’t laid hands on him, but in his heart he said, he wants to be like me. And so he began to round up the neighborhood children, began to preach the gospel, lay hands, well they’re getting healed. And so, he prays for people at his school, he prays for adults, he prays for children.

Beau: “No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

JOHN: And they told him, the school, you gotta stop praying for these children, this is not a Christian school, and my grandson said, “They have a right to hear the Word of God.”

 SID: Now, that’s his, that’s his grandson. Tell me about, how old was your father when he started in ministry?

JOHN: Okay, well my dad was 69, he was a drunken alcoholic, aggressive man, anti-Christ, he had an amazing encounter with Christ, he got born again, filled with the Spirit, and he began his first healing ministry going out, knocking on doors, he first began to ask all the neighbors who hated him to forgive him. He started a Bible study, he rounded up all the unsaved neighbors, and he had them in his home, here’s someone that they hated, he asked them to forgive him, he began ministering to them, he began his ministry at 69, and in those days, I didn’t believe in healing, and he began to mentor me in healing.

SID: You know,

Audience Member: Wow!

SID: You told me, before we went on the air, that your father was one angry man.

JOHN: Very angry.

SID: Yeah. He, he would say horrible things to you as you grew up. He would literally, and unbeknownst to him, he was cursing you, cursing you.

JOHN: All the time.

SID: And he was an alcoholic, and then your mom had severe mental problems.

JOHN: Yeah.

SID: And you had to live in homes, and you were in a motorcycle gang.

JOHN: Yeah.

SID: And you got into a horrific accident, and two bikers saw your accident, that were strong, they were part of a Christian bike club.

JOHN: Yeah.

SID: They follow you to the hospital, what happened?

JOHN: Well what happened is, they came to the casualty, the casualty is sewing me up, and one of them said, he said, “You know, God loves you, and has a plan for your life.” And I got home out of the hospital, I couldn’t stop thinking that Jesus loves me, and has a plan for my life. So I’m, I’m lyin’ in bed one night, and I had a lot of depression and mental torment, and on one night I just cried out, I said, “Jesus, if you are real, set me free. “Help me, forgive me.” And this presence came in the room… I fell asleep, I woke up in the morning, I felt this amazing peace. I looked out the window, I could see how green the leaves were, I could see the, I could hear the birds singing, I thought, “What’s this strange sensation?” Then I realized, it must have been my prayer, Jesus must have come to me, and since that day my life has never, ever, ever been the same.

SID: That’s our guy! I pray that he become your guy! Because he already is, you just have to know that. Now, you were preaching to everything living, but you didn’t know a thing about miracles. So you go to a people group, and as I understand it, you don’t even know the language, the Aboriginals.

JOHN: Yes.

SID: And how many people came to your first meeting?

JOHN: Well what happened is I, is I worked as a missionary amongst the tribal Aboriginal people of the Northern Territory. I was based in a town of Katherine, and I had an outreach at a place called Binjari, this Aboriginal reservational community. And I had one old lady, and I had three or four children, that’s all I had. For five months. And my church was just a field, I sat on a log, they sat on the ground, I shared simple Bible stories, and I shared about Jesus, and then, then I became so desperate, I began to fast and pray 10 days a month, from the first to the tenth. But, thing is, I wasn’t praying for healing for them, I was praying for them to find Christ. But after five months, one day I was there preaching, preaching out in the grass there, and I heard, I had a, and this old lady always limped, and I had this compassion to pray for her. You know, I’d never seen anybody healed. I laid hands on her leg and I thought nothing more of it, I wasn’t really expecting God to do anything. And the next week I went there, there was a crowd. I thought, “Why are they here?” I found out the old lady was healed. And then of course they wanted me to pray for them. God healed them. And then they called me the missionary man who heals. And so my brain was confused ’cause I didn’t really believe that God would do this today. And you know, despite me, despite me, God moved.

SID: You also bumped into witchdoctors, demon-possessed dogs.

JOHN: Aw, yeah.

SID: Demon-possessed dogs?

JOHN: Yeah, well see, out there, amongst the Aboriginal community, they had the Gadachi men or witchdoctors, and they put, try and put curses on us. In fact, I would go to have meetings in these remote areas, and the witchdoctors would come out, and they’d come out and attack the people, and they’d punch them, in fact, they had these, they call them camp dogs, and the dogs are demon-possessed. And every time you’d pray for people, or mention the Blood of Jesus, they’d go rabid and wild and attack you. And so, when I had to pray for the people, I used to have a, what I called a camp dog stick, and when I was praying, I had to hit the dogs,

SID: This is not your average church!

JOHN: And so the dogs, they had their jaws around my ankles when I’m praying, and I’m bashing that, meanwhile, meanwhile, guys are coming in and punching the people in the team, gettin’ the microphones and hitting them over their head. It was wild.

 SID: Well I tell you what, he had to pray and fast because there is a level of reality that is dark and evil. And he was in it. And if he didn’t pray and fast, I don’t think I’d be talkin’ to him today.

JOHN: No.

SID: But then, he goes to Scotland, and major miracles break out! And then all the secular press is actually interviewing him about the miracles, because they went there as skeptics, and they came back as believers. Be right back.
