SID: Hello SidRoth your investigative reporter here with PeggyJoyce Ruth. PeggyJoyce, 30 years agoyou look at her now you wouldn’t think that;30 years ago she was a basket caseeven to the point where she had to have shock therapy.They were talking about permanent institutionalization,but she had something better than medicines.She found an ancient Jewish writing called the 91st Psalm.She found it… She literally was given itbefore she even knew what the words were.I mean you can’t get much more supernatural than that.Does this Psalm help you out with physical disease?

PEGGY: Yes it does.In two different placesit says that you do not have to be afraid of pestilence.Now I always thought pestilence was something that hit crops,but it has to do with people;its fatal epidemics that hit people.And it says you do not have to be afraid of the pestilence;it will not approach you.And oh my,I grabbed a hold of thatbecause I was so afraid of disease.I was afraid of cancer, I was afraid of heart disease,and I was just afraid of all these things.And I started confessing that out loudand I realized it works.It is supernatural.

SID: Give me one example.

PEGGY: I have a good friend named Renee, Renee Hood,and she was diagnosed with advanced stages of lupus;and this was about five years ago. 

SID: That’s a tough disease.I know people with it.

PEGGY: Yes it is, and especially in the advanced stages.And they told her that she wouldn’t live to seeanother Christmas;and that was in October.They told her to get her affairs in order.And had been teaching Psalm 91she grabbed a hold of it, she said “Oh no.The word tells me I don’t have to be afraid of diseases.It will not be able to put me under.”And so she said I’m not going to give into that.Her kidneys started failing, her liver started failing.She was in horrible painand I would call and talk to her;and she would say “No,I’m not turning loose.I am not turning loose of my promise.”And it got a lot worse before it got better,but she would not turn loose.She confessed this out loudand all of a sudden it started turning around;and when it did her liver started functioning.And they said this is miraculous.Her kidneys started operatingand the kidney specialist put in his report”this is a miracle.”

SID: How long ago was this?

PEGGY: Ok this was five years ago.She’s seen five Christmasessince they told her she would not see another Christmas.And the guy that took the blood and did all the testscame back and three different times.He said it is miraculous.We can find no lupus working in your body. And of course, that’s what she was confessing:that there’ll be no lupus in my body.

SID: Between you and me, what do you think about angels?Are they real?

PEGGY: Oh they are realand what’s exciting is the fact that Psalm 91talks about the protection that we have from angels.See every protection that you can find in the wordis there in Psalm 91.And we had a really exciting story that happened with that;and of course it means a lot to mebecause my little grandson was involved;and he was 5 at the time.And he’s real hefty.He’s just like a little rock.You can hardly pick him upand he had a friend that was a couple of years older;but the friend was real slender;doesn’t weigh nearly as much as Cullen.And his little friend is named James.And they were swimming in my brother’s swimming pool;and the adults called them in;and they were down at the deep end;and they had just gotten out of the water.And he saw a little raft floating byand so he was going to impress his friend.And so Cullen just stepped out on the raftand said “Watch this James.”And when he did,of course the raft went out from under him and he fell back.And must have grazed his head on the side of the poolbecause James said in the deep end;all of a sudden he’s just floating down.His little arms and legs are outand he’s just floating to the bottom.So James dived in to get himand he was thinking “Oh no.There’s no way I’m going to be able to get him outbecause he’s so heavy.”And so he got under him and he remembered…See we’ve been teaching this now to children;because we believe that children need to know thiseven more than adultsbecause they’re not going to be with us all the time.

SID: Well they’re picking up the fear from their parentsand they’re picking it up from that thing called television.

PEGGY: Exactly, exactly.And so they especially need to know these promises;and so he had been taught that.And he remembered where it saysin your day of trouble call upon me and I will answer,I’ll rescue you.And so he dived; he got under Cullenand he said “I just started calling out in my heartto God that I need help.”And he said “All of a suddenhe thought one of the adults had seen themand had come out because one of the adults had dived inand put their arms under his armpits;and he said all of a suddenhe and Cullen just shot up out of the water.And you know if you’ve ever tried, in the deep end of a poolto pick somebody up and lift them up on the bank,you can’t do that if you don’t have something to stand on.You can’t lift up dead weight.

SID: Of course.

PEGGY: And so Cullen was still just addled; and so anyway,whoever it was that had put their hands under his armpitsjust dashed him out of the water;and he said all of a sudden in the next motion,he had Cullen up on the bank in the deep end of the pool.And so he looked around and he said he remembered thinkingwhoa! They’re strong!He remembered thinking that.

SID: But was there anyone else in the pool?

PEGGY: That’s what I was…No, all the kids had gone inside but he thought…

SID: So who was lifting him up?

PEGGY: That’s what I was going to say.He got Cullen up on the bank and then he turned aroundto see who it was that had lifted them up.There was no one there.No one even knew that this had happened;and so they gave him a little plaquethat said that he had saved his little friend.And he said “No,I didn’t save my little friend.There was an angel that saved my little friend.”And so we’ve been so excited about thatbecause he said it felt…he said he just couldn’t imagine which one of the adultscould swim that well and was that strong.He thought to himself boy they’re strongto be able to get us out of the waterand get us onto the bank.

SID: Now when parents teach children about the 91st Psalm,you were telling me what effect it’s having on some children.

PEGGY: Oh it is, it’s just amazing.Our daughter adopted a girl, Jolena and so she’s married nowand has two little children; and at four years oldshe started teaching Avery that he had authority.See even our authority is covered in Psalm 91.It says you’ll not be afraidyou can trample on the enemy and he’ll not injure you.And so they started teaching Avery at four years oldthat he had authority.And boy I tell you what -when he falls down and skins his knee,they hear him in there saying “In Jesus’ name,I’m healed”or “In Jesus’ name, no”and he quotes parts of Psalm 91.

SID: You know I wish I had had a background like that.I didn’t know from borscht about itcoming from a Jewish background,but I’m going to tell you something;some of you other adultsyou need to start studying the 91st Psalm.We’ll be right backand if you think these were miracleswait ‘til you hear what happened next.

SID: This is phenomenal. Jerry Baysinger had a friend with lung cancer.After he was healed of liver cancer,just…miracle powers of healing have just flowed.This was a friend of yours with lung cancer, what happened to his cancer?

JERRY: Well I prayed for him in about October.I can’t remember what year it was.I’m going to say 1997.And the doctor said he had anywhere from two to six weeks to live.And I prayed for him for lung cancer and he lived another four years.

SID: Well did he die of lung cancer?

JERRY: No, he died of a stroke.

SID: And when he died you were there.And you tried to pray for him to come back to life.What happened?

JERRY: Well,I was walking up and down the halls praising God all night.He was in the hospital and he was staring with his eyes wide open; and he had no other bodily activity at all.

SID: You were praising God for him to come back to life?

JERRY: I was just praising God.No he wasn’t dead at the time.He was alive.

SID: Oh, ok.

JERRY: And then I was on the other wing of the hospital and I heard an alarm go off.And I saw several people run to his room.And I ran over there just in time to watch them disconnecting the machines off of him and pull the sheet over his head.And I loved this man.He was like my brother.And I pull the sheet down and I put my hand on his chest.And I said “Bob, in the name of JesusChrist of Nazareth, come back and live now.And he jerked up in bed and sat up and said (gasp), “What happened?” And I said “Bob you died.”And he said “Oh Jerry.I’ve been with Jesus.I don’t want to be here.”And we spoke for about ten, maybe fifteen minutes and then he laid back down on the pillow and drifted off again.And then I perceived he died.He didn’t have any machines on him at this time.And I felt for his pulse and I felt no pulse.And I prayed,“GodI love this man.He’s my brother in Christ.”And I went to put my hand on his chest and it was like I couldn’t touch him.It was almost like…I know this sounds weird;like a force field.But I couldn’t touch the man.I crawled up on the bed and straddled him with both hands and tried to put my hands on his chest and the Holy Spirit said “Yes Jerry,I know you can do it; he’s mine.Let me have him.”

SID: That must have been quite an experience for you though?

JERRY: I cried for hours because I didn’t want to let him go.

SID: Yeah, but he didn’t want to stay.

JERRY: But he didn’t want to stay, that’s right.

SID: Now I want you to push the gifting that is within you right now.I want you to look into the camera that’s straight ahead of you; and I want you to pray.And I tell you what though it’s a two part deal.You have to believe God’s Word.All you need to know is the word that Jerry quoted a little earlier.And that is he’s forgiven all of your sins and healed all your diseases.Now if you believe that…when Jerry prays; and I want you Jerry to push this gift.God’s given you a very unique gift. You know he knows people’s names, he knows their diseases.Very, very unique gift, but more important than him knowing your name, more important than him knowing your disease,God knows your name.God has every hair on your head covered.Not two sparrows fall to the ground without him personally being aware of it.And you have importance.You really do have importance!God knows your name.Would you pray for them now Jerry?

JERRY: I will.Father God in heaven, glory and honor and praise and wisdom and might and dominion be yours forever and ever.Oh Father God,I pray in the name of Jesus of Nazareth, every person that’s watching this show that is sick, whatever their sickness is,I ask you in the name of JesusChrist of Nazareth to touch them with your healing power.In the name of JesusChrist of Nazareth, devil I bind every power and principality and ruler of darkness by which you are afflicting these people in the name of JesusChrist.Devil I command by the name of JesusChrist of Nazareth, you loose these people.Now my brothers and sisters,JesusChrist heals you now.Be loosed of your sickness, be loosed of your diseases, be made whole, be made shalom in the name of JesusChrist of Nazareth – be healed.

SID: I can tell you by the Spirit of God that is activated within me right now, that there was power, there was power.Just connect, believe that God is not a respecter of persons.What he did for Jerry; what he did for Jerry’s friend.I mean Jerry’s friend was healed of lung cancer!Totally healed and then he died of another condition.And when he died, I just think that’s so phenomenal Jerry.What did he say to you when he came back when you prayed for him?

JERRY: He said “What happened to me?” I said “You died Bob.”He said “I don’t want to be here.I’ve been with Jesus.”

SID: Now you told me a story that is outrageous about e-mail.Tell me that.

JERRY: Well we have e-mails.I get back e-mails all the time about people that I’ve prayed for.I had one man in India;I don’t know if I shared this with you.He’s a pastor from India and he got on our website and he sent a prayer request that he had been beaten up by the Muslims in India.And he rode a bicycle from village to village pastoring.And he was beaten up and his back was injured pretty badly.And I sent him a testimony of how God had healed me and I prayed for him.And he said when I went to the office to pick up the e-mail,I read it and I was healed instantly.And I’ve never experienced that before.And he takes the letter to the villages and reads the letter and God heals the people from the letter.

SID: You know why that’s going on? He did what you just instructed our people to do.He believed.

JERRY: He believed, yes.

SID: He absolutely did, but I was talking about where you had the e-mail address given to you supernaturally.

JERRY: I had a man that is in the ministry;he sent me a prayer request and he said please pray for my family.We’re having some trouble here.That’s all he said.And I wrote him back and I said “Your wife left you because you’re so busy with the ministry that she got up and left you.And you didn’t even know she had left.”And he wrote me back and he said the Lord has revealed the situation to me; tell me more.And I told him “You were sitting at your computer and your wife moved out of the house and you didn’t even know it and she’s gone.And he said “I don’t know where she is.” and I said “I want to minister to your wife,” and the Lord gave me an e-mail address.And I felt kind of stupid doing this, but I typed this e-mail address in here and I typed a letter to this lady that I had never talked to or knew anything about.And as a result of that letter,God got that e-mail right to her and the family was reunited again.

SID: That’s got to…I mean…Why do you have these gifts? Why did God choose you to have these gifts?

JERRY: I don’t know.I certainly wasn’t worthy of it.

SID: But you’ve been moving in these gifts for a long time now and you still seem pretty humble over it.

JERRY: I just…The only reason I can say is I believe.But why can’t we believe? I mean if we know it’s impossible for God to lie, why do we have a problem believing him? I mean, if we can’t believe God, how can we believe him for our salvation if we can’t believe the rest of his Word that goes with it? And I’m just one of those people that’s stupid enough to believe that the Bible is true and so I act accordingly.And it’s no big secret.I mean that’s what I’ve done and it seems to work for me.And I believe it’ll work for anybody that will do it.

SID: Are you an “anybody?”I’m an “anybody,”Jerry’s an “anybody.” Are you an“anybody?” Are you a “whosoever?” Whoever believes in the Lord shall be saved.Do you know in the Greek what that means? It means healed, delivered, set free.And you say well,I’ve done that Sid and it hasn’t happened.Well I can’t talk about the past.I can only talk about the now.And 2000 years ago,Yeshua the king of the Jews came and died.He didn’t die for his own sins.The 53rd chapter of the Jewish prophet Isaiah says that he was a perfect sacrificial lamb.He didn’t die for his own sins.He died for your sins.He died for my sins.And when you get rid of the thing that separates you from God; it’s called sin.And I don’t have to tell you about it, you know what sin is: sex outside of marriage, pornography, lying, adultery, homosexuality, addictions of any kind.You know what sin is.What you don’t know is the love of God; and what you must know is the love of God.And there are people that God is weeping for right now.If you will tell God you are sorry for your sin, and you need his help to stop it.And believe the blood of Jesus washes away your sins; and he remembers them no more.And believe that he is for you, and wants to live inside of you,and will become your Lord.If you’ll say this out loud in your own words;you say I didn’t remember exactly… it doesn’t matter.He’s after your heart.In your own words!It’s the most phenomenal miracle you’ll ever have; the healing will come.But there’s something more important and that is your heart.Your heart;God wants to give you joy, peace, and as Jerry said, shalom in your heart.There is shalom for you.

SID: Hello. Sid Roth here. I’m with Pastor John Kilpatrick at the Mobile Convention Center in Mobile Bay and lightening has struck a second time. It’s so wonderful. How would you compare the difference between this move of God and the Brownsville-Pensacola move of God?

JOHN: Well revival basically is revival. It’s the same strain. It’s the same spirit. But what I would say makes this one different is the presence of God is it feels much the same. It’s like deja vu all over again, but the miracles are more numerous. And they’re not only more frequent, but I’d say magnitude, greater miracles that we’re seeing right now. And you know, I hadn’t been out really in the glory since Brownsville and while we’ve been here in this convention center I was out in the glory several times again.

SID: Just as he said that the glory has gotten so hard, so strong, so wonderful that I believe that you could pray for people to experience right now. Would you do that?

JOHN: Father, in the powerful name of Jesus I just speak, Lord, that the glory of God come in people’s homes, hotel rooms, hospital rooms, right where they are right now, that the weighty presence of the Lord will move in, that the heat of the healing presence of God would overshadow the sick right now, and Lord, that your presence would move in, strengthen your people, encourage your people, and Lord, revive your people in the powerful name of Jesus.

SID: There is a healing anointing connected with this particular move of God’s spirit. It is the same as Brownsville from the viewpoint of holiness and repentance, and soul, but the healing, the miracle anointing, I heard that people with pain of any kind like in the back, here, you’re from Missouri. I want you to prove me, right now. If you have a backache, bend over. If you don’t, don’t bend. Okay. But seriously, seriously, you have arthritis in your fingers and even ears are opening. This is a glorious anointing. But the last time I interviewed you, you had had an acronym of the word “resurrection”, of what was going to happen in the next three years. Now there’s two years left, and what you painted, what God showed you was a horrible picture for the United States of America of what’s about ready to happen, and I believe God showed you, he downloaded in your spirit how we will know mysteries. What did He say to you?

JOHN: The Lord showed me that in no uncertain terms that before his coming that he was gonna reveal mysteries. He said, “In Heaven there’ll be no mysteries. In Heaven everything will be completely revealed.” But before we get to Heaven, mysteries are not gonna do us any good if they remain mysteries. So his coming is close. So the Holy Spirit is in the process right now of revealing mysteries to His people, not just prophets, not just pastors or evangelists, but laypeople. God’s revealing mysteries, things that’s been locked up, things that’s had people stumped, things that’s been clogged. He’s just loosing. And people’s dreams.

SID: Wisdom for what to do with your children. You’ve got an impossible situation. What to do with your marriage. What to do about your finances. He’s gonna show, I’ve listened to his teaching that God downloaded. He is going to show exactly how to solve these horrific problems that are coming on Planet Earth.

JOHN: Well I believe that next year and the next year are going to be crucial years. I believe the church needs to get ready. I’ve never been a preacher that’s a doomsayer by any means. I try to move in faith. I always have preached faith and I’m a very optimistic person. But I believe the next two years are gonna be crucial. I would really recommend that people begin to put back some money, cash if they can, and to put back some food and water, and things like that. I’m not trying to make anybody nervous or afraid, but I believe that these next two years are gonna be that crucial economically and otherwise, that I think it’s wisdom to do that. Now the Lord didn’t tell me to tell people to do that. But I believe that it’s just wisdom to do that. Just today, I ordered food today, meals, you know, MRE type meals. I ordered some today, not only for my family, but for my staff, I ordered some to make sure that in case hard times come that we’re prepared.

SID: Now this maybe sound crazy to you, Pastor, but I believe that we are about ready to come into the greatest days of the move of God’s spirit on Planet Earth, and I believe that if you’re experiencing any fear you have to get closer to God, and He makes a promise to you. His promise is if you will draw close to Him I promise you, I can almost feel His passion for you right now. I promise you if you draw close to Me, I will draw close to you. And that is the answer. In fact, what you teach is that people have to move from being a servant to being a friend. And I think of Abraham. Abraham was a friend of God.

JOHN: The Bible says, “When two walk together accept to be agreed.” In other words, if you walk with the Lord He wants you to get out of that servant mentality. We have to have a servant spirit about us before we’re willing to serve people. But the Lord doesn’t want us to come to Him like a servant. He said, “I have not called you a servant. I called you friend.” And the Lord reveals his secrets to his friends. Servants take care of things. Servants serve, but friends, when you look at the Last Supper you see John with his head on Christ’s breast and you see his ear right up to his heart. And John is the one in his gospel, the Gospel of John, he’s the one that wrote the deepest of the gospels, and he’s also the one that recorded the Revelation.

SID: How would you like to be a friend of God? If you repent your sins, you tell Him you’re sorry, and you believe that Jesus washed away your sins, I know it sounds too good to be true, but it’s true, and you ask him to live inside of you, that is the doorway into the greatest adventure of your life. It’s time for you to walk on that adventure right now. Do something about it. You don’t need my words. You just need to be honest with God. Draw close to God and He promises to draw close to you.

SID: Hello. Sid Roth here at the Mobile Convention Center. I heard that there was a move of God’s spirit here. And John, you know me. He was shepherded at the great Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida, and I would go there because I like the presence of God. I mean, I’ve never been a drug addict. I’ve never been an alcoholic, so I can’t describe. I can’t compare. But I can tell you the presence of God, there is nothing this world has to offer compared to this. And the presence of God, John, came on this pastor’s wife who had for some 23 years had been confined to a wheelchair from an auto accident. She couldn’t walk. Her husband married her just nine years ago. He had never seen her walk.

JOHN: No. So when we was helping her walk and I was watching his face, and I mean, just a look came on his face like, oh my God. And then I saw tears jump out of his eyes. And so then I knew, I said, whoa, we’re looking at a miracle here. ‘Cause I didn’t know if she had any movement or any feelings at all, but I mean, she was totally paralyzed from the waist down. And then a week later she came back and walked essentially without any assistance. We just sort of maybe touched her little bit just to keep her balanced. But now, Sid, she’s actually, they’re leaving the wheelchair in the pastor’s office. She’s walking out to the church. She’s standing up singing and she’s walking out in the audience and praying for people. The woman is walking.

SID: Tell me, because I’ve never had you publicly tell me this, and I am fascinated by it, about the orthodox Jewish man that was dying, that came to the Brownsville Revival.

JOHN: He was diagnosed by his doctor with a brain tumor and was very sick. As a matter of fact when they brought him down to Pensacola he didn’t really get his doctor’s permission to come. He asked the doctor if he could come and he cursed, and he said no. And so he said, “Well am I dying?” And the doctor said, “Yes you are.” And he said, “Well, if I’m dying what damage could it cost me?” So they brought him down and he got there about 5:30 in the evening. And I remember meeting him. And he was so dizzy. He was throwing up ‘cause he had equilibrium problems and his eyes were going sideways like this in his head, sideways, ‘cause of the pressure on his optic nerves. And he was so sick he couldn’t even hardly greet me. I didn’t really think he was gonna be able to make it to 7:00 when this started, but he did. And so in revival back in those days when the glory of the Lord would come in the church, you’ve been out on a cloudy day and feel the sun come out on a cloudy day you can feel it on your exposed skin like the back of your hands, your ears, and all. We’d be at worship at Brownsville and it would feel like the sun would come out. And sure enough, that night–

SID: Well right now I feel a heavy, good, but not bad, a heavy presence, and I’m having difficulty not shaking. Is that what you’re talking about?

JOHN: It is. Welcome to revival. [laugh] It feels like the sun come out. So that night he was in the service and it felt like, sure enough, during worship, it felt like the sun would come out. And so all of a sudden this guy stands up like this out of his wheelchair and he says, “Oh my God, I’m healed!” And I remember looking at him back there and I thought to myself, if that man’s standing that man’s healed, because he was so sick and so dizzy. Well to make a long story short, he went back to Atlanta, walked into his doctor’s office, not in a wheelchair, walked there.

SID: I wish I had been there.

JOHN: I wish I had, too. And the doctor, when he saw him he cussed again, and he said, “What in the blankity-blank are you doing here? How come you’re not in your wheelchair?” He said, “Well I went to Florida. I went to that revival.” And he said, “I want another MRI.” The doctor said, “No, no, no, no.” He said, “Look I’ve got your MRIs back there and I know what they look like.” He said, “Look, forget the insurance. I’ll pay for it out my pocket. I want another MRI.” They did one. The tumor was completely gone. He brought 30 people back to Brownsville, 30 Jews back to Brownsville with him on a bus, Sunday morning, and every one of them was saved and filled with the Holy Spirit.

SID: Do you hear that? Every one of them had an experience with God and filled with the Holy Spirit. I believe a miracle settles the argument. I absolutely believe it. And this is what I proclaim. Proclaim the Kingdom of God after you have demonstrated the Kingdom of God and everyone will want to know the king. It’s so simple. You need not be confused. We have a cerebral gospel. Like I talk to orthodox Jewish people and I say, look at Isaiah 53, 800 years before Jesus came to Earth. It’s a perfect description of Jesus, and they’re not even sure that the Bible is coming from God. They’re not even sure that there is a God. But show a Jewish person one, it isn’t an accident that the scriptures say, “The Jew requires a sign.” It isn’t an accident that the two times lightening has struck revival with Pastor John Kilpatrick. These are the ingredients. He has a heart for the presence of God .He has a heart for walking in holiness. He has a heart to pray and he has a heart for the Jew and Israel. I said something spectacular would happen on this particular segment. I guess I’m holding back. I’m expecting it on the next segment. Don’t go away. We’ll be right back.

JOHN: Jesus! Father, we pray tonight that every life will be touched and bondage will be broken, that addiction will be broken, and Father, the fear and the anxiety, and Father, the weight that people are carrying tonight will be lifted in the name of Jesus. God, I pray for every sickness, every disease in the name of Jesus. By the power of the blood of the shed blood of the lamb let the healing power of God flow through your body right now in Jesus’ name, in the name of Jesus.

Sid: My guest, Charles Vance has been studying finances for many years from a spiritual biblical perspective.  He lives in West Virginia.  And for those of you that aren’t familiar with West Virginia, it is the poorest state per capita of all the states of the United States. And Charles Vance was raised with a   poverty mentality and one day the light bulbs went on because a Pastor was bold enough to teach him God’s principals involving money.  And not all of them, just a few Charles, but that was enough to get you started.  Am I right?

Charles: Oh, it wet my taste.  It was something just catapulted me to another level of hunting through the Word of God to find out proofs for myself.

Sid: Well, in 1970 your income, your personal income was what, below the government’s poverty level and today you and your wife are in the top 1% of the wealthiest people in the world.  And you hate poverty with a passion.

Charles: Loathe it. I hate it because I’ve seen so much of it.  And I’ve seen people act like its normal.  I believe poverty is anything but normal in the Kingdom of God.  I believe God wants us to prosper.

Sid: And the reason that I have you on the air this week is because our country is in an economic crisis.  Tell me some of the statistics your aware of.

Charles: Sid, our national debt is moving.  It’s increasing four billion dollars a day with a b.  It’s somewhere around thirteen and a half trillion dollars.  I don’t think anybody can even comprehend that. A trillion, a let me give you this real quick.  A million seconds is 11 ½ days approximately.  A billion seconds is 32 years, a trillion seconds is 32,000 years.  Our national debt is almost 13.25 trillion dollars.  Increasing four billion dollars a day and nobody has come up with any idea to do anything to stop the runaway inflation that is going on.

Sid: I have to tell you that the thing that is so upsetting to me is I’m watching what is going on and I’m watching the debt is being increased so dramatically and I don’t see anything to change that.  And I’m not very optimistic on the economy in the United States of America.  As a result of what I said.  I have a background; I was a stock broker at Merrill Lynch so I have a degree of a background.  And I mean it almost seems as if everything they are doing is going to cause us a problem rather than solve a problem.

Charles: I’m 100% in agreement with you.  The US only has about 1.2 trillion dollars in circulation.  There’s less than 2 trillion dollars in gold that is stored in the world.  The US gold reserve is just over 100 billion dollars.  We are living on paper promises in this country.

Sid: How long can we have white paper and green ink and a printing press and just keep printing this worthless money?

Charles: At some point, you know a lot of this they have this national debt several trillion dollars is to foreign countries and if the foreign countries decide that they want to call their debt in from the United States I do not what.  There is going to be some sort of economical chaos that is taking place in the government.  I know so many different things that the government does.  The one instance, they borrow money over night from several lending institutions, bunches of them and type checks which is against the law for us to do.  But they write bad checks.  I had a friend of mine that was the president of a large credit union and he said that they loaned the government every penny that they had electronically from five o’clock in the evening until nine o’clock the next morning.  I asked him what the government did with it, he said they wrote checks on in and then they put it back in the bank at nine o’clock the next morning or in the credit union and the following evening they took it back out again and wrote more bad checks on it to other people.  How long can that happen.  How long can it keep going until this country goes into some sort of free fall financially?  I think that the country, the finances of the country are headed for chaos for just utter chaos.  And if we are trusting the government me give you this statistic.  Over 50% of people that are American citizens are getting some sort of government check.  Not all of that…

Sid: Fifty percent?

Charles: Over 50%.  You know there’s retirement checks, social security checks, but there’s a lot of welfare checks.  What are those folks going to do if the economy collapse and the government says we can’t get any more money or print any more money because nobody in the world honors it anymore?  If we are trusting in the government, and you know what?  My wife was teaching one of our…

Sid: Forgetting trusting in the government, how many people trust in their companies and trust in their employers for being able to survive?  I mean unless there’s another system rather than the system that everyone is stuck in, were all in trouble!

Charles: Well, there is absolutely is another system and it’s the Kingdom of God.

Sid: All right listen, you’ve lived it, you’ve taught it, you’ve seen it reproduce, but don’t you have fear over all these statistics that just rattled off your tongue?

Charles: Oh, I’m not concerned about these.

Sid: You’re not concerned?

Charles: Other people, other people, I’m certainly not concerned about me.

Sid: Really.

Charles: Absolutely not.

Sid: If there is rapid inflation and you need a wheel barrow of money to buy a loaf of bread you’re not concerned?

Charles: I’m not concerned about me.

Sid: Why?

Charles: I know what my source is.  My source is not the government. My source is not paper currency that the government prints, but my source is Almighty God.  I have heard people talk about, oh gosh a few years ago there was a thing called the Jupiter effect and that all the planets were going to line up back in the ‘80s and pull the earth off its axis.  There is not any chance in the world of it happening ever, because God set it in order and the Bible said the same word of His power keeps it in place.  That’s a kingdom law. And if I operate by the kingdom principals God has made promises to me that cannot fail because God does not lie and His word is settled forever in Heaven.  In the midst of a mess, just like in the midst of a poverty stricken state, my life can be prospering when other people’s lives are going down the tubes.

Sid: For those that did not hear, and you actually had to stream line it.  You’ve been teaching your seminar for many years and we have the four CDs called “Prospering in the Hard Times”.  You were talking about one man that understood what you said.  Had a revelation just like you had a revelation many years ago and tell me that story, I had to cut you short.

Charles: Well, he told me one day, we’ve started this new business and I said, “What is it?”  We’re mowing utility lines. He said, we’re mowing the grass and the shrubs off utility lines.  I said, that is interesting, so you are cutting grass for a living now.  Well, it is a little bit more than that, but I always kind of joke with him about mowing grass but, he said we just clear the lines, if there’s trees growing, we cut the trees move them so that they have access to these utility lines.  Last year, there company became a million dollar company.  Another thing that is even more interesting is that one of the companies they were working for, the people that they were answering to actually called him in the office one day and said, we just wanted to let you know, it is not my position, this guy said, it is not my position to tell you this, but you’re not charging this company enough money.  Now, that’s the favor of God that is working on somebody’s behalf because that just doesn’t happen by itself.

Sid: Do you walk in fog?  What I mean by fog, it’s an acronym for favor of God.  Do you walk in fog?

Charles: Absolutely, there are some principals in the Word of God that cause that will, cause the favor of God to be activated in your life.

Sid: Can any one walk in fog?

Charles: Absolutely, anyone can.  God’s no respecter of person.

Sid: All right, but what about people that have been doing it wrong?  They’ve been kicking there foot against the wall not realizing it and they’re in a mess right now.  These principals take time don’t they? Is there any hope for them?

Charles: I’ve heard people say bad things can happen just in a jiffy.  Good things can happen just in a jiffy as well.  I’ve seen them happen in my own life and they can happen in other people’s lives, but you have to start somewhere.  You know a lot of people contemplate how bad things are and they’ll spend the rest of their life anticipating that they’re never going to be able to have anything different.  But if you never start you can never have a change.  We’ve got to make a change today.  I believe people need to make a change right now.  Use the information that you have now and start a change working in your life.

Charles: No question about it.  I really believe that when we learn things, Jesus said when you give, it will be given unto you good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over.  It meant you will give into your bosom.  Now running over needs to be our life all of the time.
